AI-powered Integration for Teaching

Chrome Extension Builder function

This function helps chemistry educators create customized browser tools without any coding knowledge. By simply describing what they need, teachers can design extensions that support both teaching and classroom management. For example, they can build quick-access tools such as a periodic table reference or a unit converter for lab measurements. Educators can also create extensions that provide daily lab safety reminders.

It allows users to specify how results are displayed, such as in a sidebar, popup, or toolbar icon and to choose from various visual styles. Overall, this function enables chemistry teachers to develop personalized, interactive, and practical digital tools that enhance classroom engagement and streamline their workflow.

It generated a ZIP file that, when unpacked, became a deployable extension. In function tests, all elements were present, clickable, and included clear descriptions. The search bar worked well. However, there may be display issues on some screens, it will be better if adding a scrollbar feature.

Website Builder (Also Showcased in Visualization Function)

This function helps chemistry educators create interactive websites for teaching without coding knowledge. Teachers can build course websites, lab pages, or project portfolios to share experiments, knowledge, and student work. It allows flexible customization, integrates multimedia, and promotes student engagement through accessible and visually appealing design.

The website builder function provides a transparent and interactive process. Sometimes it pauses during generation to give users autonomy in choosing specific features or layout styles, which enhances customization and control. The resulting website is responsive and visually well-organized, the layout automatically adjusts to different screen sizes, making it accessible on both PC and mobile devices. The data and information presented on the generated site are factually correct, and users have access to all the files in this project for further modification.
